Jekyll & Hyde #3

Dr. Lanyon has been thrown into the most precarious position. He was basically asked to help assist in the killing of Hyde. He was asked by Jekyll to bring s handful of specific items to him, rather, Hyde, so that he could basically kill himself. Once Dr. Lanyon gathered all the items, made his way to the theatre, and gave the items to Hyde, he was persistent on telling him that he wanted to stay and watch to see what happened, and he did. He saw the horrific death thrust upon Hyde, and the spiritual "reincarnation" of Jekyll. Dr. Lanyon witnessed probably the most bizarre occurence of his life, as well as the most terrifying. That is why he feels that he cannot bear to live anymore, especially with this memory singed into his brain forever.
